FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Surprise, AZ – Sixty constituents gathered outside Representative Abe Hamadeh’s office yesterday to demand that he take action against Elon Musk’s interference in government operations. The protest, organized by Northwest Valley Indivisible, called on Hamadeh to fulfill his congressional duty of oversight and accountability as Musk continues to overstep constitutional boundaries within federal agencies.

Despite multiple attempts by protest leaders, no one from Rep. Hamadeh’s office responded or made themselves available to meet, even though Congress is in recess this week and Hamadeh has nothing on his public schedule. Protesters stood on the sidewalk along Bell Road holding signs to inform passersby of their concerns about Musk’s control over federal agencies.

The protest remained peaceful, and organizers expressed appreciation for the Surprise Police and Fire Departments who responded swiftly to assist a constituent experiencing a medical emergency.

Northwest Valley Indivisible continues to urge Rep. Hamadeh to meet with constituents and take a stand against Musk’s overreach and fulfill his responsibility to protect the integrity of government programs.
