Northwest Valley Indivisible started as neighbors determined to make our government answer to the people it serves. We fight to protect fundamental rights, strengthen democracy, and ensure fairness and dignity for every person. We’re proudly progressive, but we refuse to hand our independence to any political party.
We work with — and challenge — both parties
When a cause that represents our values matters to our community, we’ll join forces with anyone willing to take a stand with us. We’ve stood beside Republicans and Democrats on education, immigration, and veterans issues. We’ve also backed candidates from both parties when they ran on values that matter to us. And when leaders fall short, we speak up — whether it’s Rep. Abe Hamadeh spreading disinformation or pushing harmful policies, or Senators Mark Kelly and Ruben Gallego casting votes to confirm cabinet nominees we believe hurt the country. Our loyalty is to principle, not party.
Independence keeps us effective
Political parties exist to win elections. Our mission is to keep power in check. Staying independent lets us build coalitions freely, speak out when leaders break their promises, and act quickly on urgent issues without waiting for party approval.
We still show up in elections
Nonpartisan doesn’t mean silent. When a race will decide whether people keep their rights or lose their voice, we may endorse and work to elect someone who will protect democracy. That’s about defending values, not serving a party machine.
Our promise
We organize peaceful protests, voter outreach, and community education. We coordinate with law enforcement to keep events safe. We reject extremism from any side and push for a government that answers to everyday people — not to fear, money, or party bosses.
Bottom line: Northwest Valley Indivisible is progressive, people-powered, and free to hold every leader accountable. We’ll work with anyone who protects democracy — and stand up to anyone who threatens it.
