An unarmed U.S. citizen, Renee Nicole Good, was killed by ICE in Minnesota. Her death should never have happened—and it demands accountability.
This Saturday morning, Northwest Valley Indivisible is joining Indivisible groups across the country for ICE OUT for Good, a national campaign calling for an end to unchecked ICE cruelty and abuse of power. Locally, we’re gathering in Surprise to honor Renee’s life, demand answers, and make it clear that our communities will not accept silence or impunity.
There are growing reports of expanded ICE operations expected in Arizona in the coming weeks. That makes this moment urgent. When federal enforcement escalates without transparency or oversight, community response matters.
As residents of Arizona’s 8th Congressional District, we are also calling on our representative, Abe Hamadeh, to speak up on behalf of the people he represents. Protecting constituents from government overreach and civil rights violations is a basic responsibility of elected office. Silence is not neutral.
ICE OUT for Good is a peaceful, disciplined protest rooted in nonviolence, clarity, and solidarity. We are gathering to:
- Demand accountability for the killing of Renee Nicole Good
- Oppose the normalization of ICE violence and unchecked enforcement
- Call for transparency, due process, and constitutional limits on federal power
- Challenge our elected officials to defend the people they represent
