This election is about whether our democracy still answers to the people. Right now it doesn’t. We have a representative who shows up for his own ambitions, not for the district he was sent to serve. The people of this district deserve better than someone who treats the job as a stepping stone.
Bernadette is the opposite. She listens. She shows up. She knows the people of this district are the ones she works for, and she treats it that way. She will fight for our freedoms, for our neighbors, and for our right to be heard in Washington.
We know this district is ready for her. At our last No Kings mobilization, nearly 10,000 people turned out across multiple locations right here in CD-8. That is a community awake, organized, and demanding a representative who answers to them. We stand ready to support Bernadette, to knock the doors, and to vote her into office.
